PLAT DU JOUR
78.5 x 53 cm, paper, coffee, soy sauce, wine, vinegar, oil, fruit juice, beet, spirulina, Indian ink..., 2007
By letting food stains travel more or less freely through the paper, then I enhance them with pencil, Indian ink, in such a way that the dots join in lines, and the lines are woven into networks. In this assembly of cell nuclei and printed circuits, a flow and reflux is established, from which an emotional and vibrated connection emerges.
